Collection for Masha now published

"Syntax in uncharted territories".
Congratulations to Masha Polinsky, who welcomes the publication of "Syntax in Uncharted Territories," a collection of twenty-nine essays in her honor. Edited by former advisees Lauren Clemens (Albany), Vera Gribanova (Stanford) and Gregory Scontras (Irvine), the volume includes several contributions involving Marylanders past and present: current PhD student Luisa Seguin; PhD alums Brooke Larson *13 and Rodrigo Ranero *21; and former postdocs Anna Grabovac and Ming Xiang. The project in honor of Masha (and its cover art, by Masha's son Abi) was debuted at Mayfest 2024.
