Now out, Sentence First, Arguments Afterward, a collection of 23 essays by Lila Gleitman and collaborators, edited by Jeffrey Lidz, with a forward by Noam Chomsky. Jeff, who was a postdoc with Lila from 1997 to 2000, also kicks off the chapters, with a paper titled "From Structuralism to Cognitive Science: Lila R. Gleitman's Contributions to Language and Cognition."
