On December 17 and 19,
Jeffrey Lidz and
Michaël Gagnon gave lectures to AP Psychology classes at Northwood High School (Silver Spring) and Paint Branch High School (Burtonsville). The students from these classes will also be visiting UMD for intensive introductions to research in language science in February. On December 20,
Colin Phillips gave a talk at Laurel High School as part of the International Baccalaureate program. Also recently,
Paul Pietroski talked about theories of meaning to students at Montgomery-Blair High School.
