January 26-27, Maša Bešlin is up at MIT for the 54th NELS, presenting a poster on "Domain mismatches in syntax and morphophonology: The case of Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian adjectives." Also at the conference will be a few former Terps: PhD alumni Rodrigo Ranero ("Deep and surface anaphora: Insights from Mayan" with Justin Royer), Shota Momma and Brian Dillon ("Priming parasitic gaps: multiple ways to produce silence" with Kyle Johnson) and Gesoel Mendes ("Finite control in Brazilian Portuguese" with Julie Legate), as well as former Baggett Fellow Jad Wehbe ("Covert reciprocals").
