Even adjectival participles can be eventive.

Congratulations to Maša Bešlin, whose paper "Revisiting passive participles: Category status and internal structure," was just accepted at Linguistic Inquiry, just in time for its defense as an 888 on Monday March 7. The paper "challenges the view that eventive and stative passive participles are verbs and adjectives, respectively[, and] show[s] that both eventive and stative participles in Serbo-Croatian have the external syntax and morphology of adjectives."
