Masha back in Armenia

A course on language universals.

July 15-26, Masha Polinsky is back in Armenia for the seventh annual Yerevan Academy for Linguistics and Philosophy (YALP). Last year she taught a course on bilingualism and heritage languages; this year her course is on language universals and cross-linguistic variation in morphology and syntax. YALP n annual summer school organized in part by Oxford's Daniel Altshuler, and hosted by the American University of Armenia in the capital city of Yerevan, one of the world's oldest continually inhabited cities, founded as Erebuni in 782BCE.
