Masha receives Graduate Faculty Mentor of the Year Award

Masha recognized for outstanding mentorship.

Congratulations to Maria Polinsky, who is one of ten Graduate Faculty Mentors of the Year for 2022. The award "recognizes faculty members who have made exceptional contributions to students’ graduate experience." Recipients of the award are nominated by their students. Masha was nominated by Maša Bešlin, with support from Polina Pleshak, Luisa Seguin, Imane Bou-Saboun and Fëdor Golosov, as well as from alumni Sigwan Thivierge, Paulina Lyskawa, Annemarie van Dooren and Rodrigo Ranero. Past winners of the award over the last dozen years are Naomi Feldman (2021), Ellen Lau (2017), Colin Phillips (2011) and Jeff Lidz (2010).
