January 7-10, the annual meeting of the Society for the Study of Indigenous Languages, co-located with the LSA this year only in time, features a talk by Paulina Lyskawa and Rodrigo Ranero, on Vowel Harmony in Santiago Tzu'tujil, which is based on their fieldwork at the Guatemala Field Station.
