Welcome new Baggetts, Chloe and Grace

Working with Naomi and Jeff on learning categories of sound and meaning.

Welcome to two new Baggett Fellows, Grace Brown and Chloe Miller. Grace joins us from the University of Michigan, and will be working mainly with Naomi on computational models of phonetic learning. Chloe is home-grown – a linguistics major from UMD – and will be working mainly with Jeff on the 'Marshmallow Queen' project, which asks how kids learn to identify the relation between clause types and speech act categories.
