September 12-14, the Society for the Neurobiology of Language has its annual conference in DC, down at Gallaudet University, and it features (at least?) seven poster presentations by Ellen Lau and her students, including current Linguistics students Sebastián, Will, Matthew and Carmen; Philosophy PhD student Arundhati Chakraborty; RA Audrey Laun; former RA and current NACS student Ciaran Stone; recent alumna Alex Krauska, and recent visitor Jenna Baranov. There will also be a special session celebrating the distinguished career of Ellen's PhD advisor and Terrapin faculty alumnus, David Poeppel.
