Mayfest - 2020(+2): Hindsight

Mayfest - 2020(+2): Hindsight
May 13 and 14, the tradition of Mayfest continues at long last, with 2020(+2) Hindsight (now slightly far-sighted), a view of our field through the lenses of those who have studied and worked with Norbert Hornstein, one of its founders. We have invited a Montreal baker's dozen of student and faculty alumni – distinguished researchers in syntax, semantics, processing, neuroscience, computational models and acquisition, listed below – to gather at Maryland and share with us their work and their perspective on linguistics. All friends of the department are welcome to attend, but please register here, so that we can plan accordingly. The program is available at the Mayfest 2022 website.
